Andrew Scheuerer
Having had the privilege to work for several great chefs, Andrew has acquired a variety of culinary influences in his cooking. He has a passion for fresh ingredients and diverse flavors. When not working in the kitchen, you can likely find him skiing or hiking the slopes of Red Lodge Mountain and the surrounding area.
Chris Storoy
Baker, gardener, crafter, and small-town Montanan, Chris is our point-person for our fresh-baked ciabatta, buttermilk biscuits, and desserts.
